I've had good experience with CBTS (CinBell) and Profitability.net,
which some have mentioned.
I'll add to the list of local collocation companies: Peak10 and
3z.net. Can't speak for these.
You might consider VPS solutions, like Slicehost and others.
Cloud is the future, I've heard.

If you have lots of growth potential I would only choose the local guys
if they have something like Amazon EC2. These days there is no reason to
take on the expense of hardware. But don't limit your search to Amazon,
there are lots of other cloud solutions out there with different levels
of management services associated with them.
