Akamai has some solutions as well.
For local hosting, ISOC, Time Warner, CinBell, Logicalis all offer great local hosting services.

If you have lots of growth potential I would only choose the local guys if they have something like Amazon EC2. These days there is no reason to take on the expense of hardware. But don't limit your search to Amazon, there are lots of other cloud solutions out there with different levels of management services associated with them.
