This might be out of scope for this list but please direct me to another group if you are aware of one that could help. I am currently looking for some examples of a CMDB (Configuration Management Database). I am only slightly versed in ITIL and have some limited (and painful) experience with Remedy. I need to find enough information to figure a potential/sample/standard schema for a database that could fill this role. Hey, the application that accesses it will be written in Java and run on a JEE application server! ;-) Thanks, - Todd |
