Fellow CinJUGgers,

Mike forgot to mention one of the coolest things about this meeting
(actually we found out about this after he sent the email). This meeting
will also be sponsored by JetBrains (http://www.jetbrains.com/index.html),
the creators of IntelliJ IDEA. In fact, they have offered to give our
speaker (Mr. Jones) and one lucky audience member a free personal license of
IDEA 6.0 and TeamCity 1.0! They will sponsor our meetings through the end
of the year in this manner, so maybe we shouldn't cancel the December
meeting. These licenses normally cost $499 for a new user and $299 for an
upgrade! Hope to see you there and I'm glad that we finally get to hear
from our esteemed colleague from UC!

James

The Cinjug for October will be held at UC's school of applied science.
Brandan Jones, an adjunct professor at the school will give a
presentation on applying design patterns in Java.

We will also get a little presentation about UC's IT education
offerings and UC will be sponsoring the meeting.

Detailed directions are available at
http://www.cinjug.org/meetings/index.html

Hope to see you there!

Mike
