Can anyone recommend a library that would help me do money math?

So far I have found this one that seems to have a good set of features
but wonder if there are any other recommendations

    http://timeandmoney.sourceforge.net/

Also, if anyone knows of an article that details the problems of
detailing with rounding and money math problems that would be great.
