What functionality are you looking for?

What level of access?

How complicated are the workflows ( lightweight would be Wiki-Wiki  up to a full CMS with N levels of approval before published).

For a very lightweight you might look at:   http://tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=RFCWiki

I loke plone for a full CMS -  http://www.plone.org

good luck,
Mike

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good open source "easy to implement",

content management tool. Another thing of concern is the complexity for the end user. This would be provided small to medium sized businesses and they do not have the resources to spend a lot of time learning a content management tool.
