I would second that recommendation. The MyEclipse plugin is pretty nice. A
must have for any Eclipse/J2EE developer. It's well worth the cost.

I'm not using a free editor, but I have one that's real close. I use
the MyEclipse plugin, which gives you much more than just a JSP editor. The
cost is around $30 per year. It works in most versions of eclipse and they
update it all the time.
