Has anybody tried Nitrox? I don't think it is free either (they had a
promotional going on for some time where you could get it free for a
year). When you edit with Nitox, you get a text view of the jsp as well
as a WYSIWYG view (you can see the rendered view of the page). You can
also debug jsps (that is, step through them like stepping through java
code).
I played around a little with Nitrox. However, I gave up after some time
because it used to give 'spurious' errors on my jsp. My guess it was not
able to resolve all the tag handlers.
Has anybody else tried Nitrox and had good luck with it?
Here is the link to nitrox http://www.m7.com/

Lei,
I'm not using a free editor, but I have one that's real close. I
use the MyEclipse plugin, which gives you much more than just a JSP
editor.
The cost is around $30 per year. It works in most versions of eclipse
and they update it all the time.
Hope this helps.
