Java and NTFS access control

Hi,

A friend of mine asked me this question and I do not have a good answer for 
him? Please help.

Given a file path, is there a way (with JNDI or other interface) in JAVA to 
lookup all the Windows NTFS (direct or via the Active DIrectory) groups that 
have READ access to that path?
