Borland's JBuilder has a full featured GUI designer and the Foundation
version is free.

Hi All

Can anyone recommend a good Swing GUI Builder?
I'm looking for a WYSIWYG editor for creating Swing dialogs/frames (eg,
JFrameBuilder).
The cheaper the better, so if anyone knows of any free or open source
options, that'd be great :)

If it has support for layout managers, that'd be even better.
Also, if it generated source code that was easy to manipulate (like
lazy-load getters), that'd be another big plus.

Thanks in advance
-Trey
