We need to add 10 J2EE Developers to our Team. These are 6 month right to
hire positions in downtown Cincinnati. Hours of Work: 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM,
OT & weekends as needed.
Desired Skill Level: Mid level
Desired Years of Related Experience: Minimum 2 + years related experience
à 2 years or more experience in the following is desired
 J2SE or J2EE Servlets
 J2EE - JSP (Need to have good knowledge of Tags)
 J2EE - EJB Apache Struts
 JDBC/SQL
 Eclipse (Used for development of IDE)
à Experience with Configuration Management tool for development
(Subversion preferred)
à Experience with tool used for development unit testing and automated
testing (Junit preferred)
à The server side is a Solaris, C++, Oracle environment and therefore
should have worked in similar environment.
Preferences / Pluses:
à Understanding of Weblogic
Initial Assignment Responsibilities: Client side development involved in
changing existing screens to a Web based front end. Will have little to no
user interface but will interface with client employees who are mostly C++
and thus need to communicate with them as they will be also trying to learn
that environment.
