You might want to try out the Eclipse Test & Performance Tools Platform Project (http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/index.html). It includes tracing and profiling tools which are the foundation of the WebSphere and Rational tools.

I have also been using Eclipse.  It seems to be working quite well for

me and of course it is free.

Consider HP jtune

It is a GC analyzer.

It does not do everthing u asked for, but it is free.
