    Ha!   You got me, that time.
    I guess you could point to symbols too.
    Symbols are constants in both Ruby and Smalltalk.

    So, the statement must be modified to be a bit less bold.
    "Constants could possibly imply DP, or maybe not."      :-)

    How about:
                constants used in conditional logic are DP.
    But it's too long for a subject line, or a bumper sticker.
