I just spoke to Dale. Dec 20th is a OK.

As background, Chris and I were talking about PVRs and I mentioned that I
was streaming audio through the house using the Homepod and I asked him if
he heard of the Squeezebox. Since Chris hadn't seen it, I wondered how
many others hadn't seen it. Since the Homepod runs Java (IBM's J9) and
uses Java to talk to a server that serves up music (Firmware and Gloo and
Application are all open source) and the emulator for the Squeezebox (for
plugin development) runs on Java and since Christmas/Hannukah are right
around the corner, the idea was born.

Can you respond to the group if you would plan on coming?

Brian
