I have a friend that runs Simpli (http://www.simpli.biz/).  She has a
few servers setup with tomcat, and the prices aren't that bad
(advanced personal = under $20/month).  The uptime is pretty much
constant, and support is great (they have someone on AIM almost
constantly for quick support, plus phone support and such).
