See projects on eclipse.org. There is a plugin that has syntax highlighting and integrates with gcc. I used it over a year ago and it was usable then if a little clumsy.

Anyone know of a free C/C++ plugin for WSAD/Eclipse?  I would prefer it have, at the least, compile/link/run, syntax highlighting, and code completion abilities.

I know this is probably a tall order for free.... but you never know til you ask.
