Migrated From Tomcat 4.1.24 to 4.1.30

Hello Gang;

 

I migrated to Tomcat 4.1.30 on a previous suggestion that it may solve some of the problems with stale sessions not being inactivated by the container.  Now the standard  tag library will not load.  The jstl jar is in the same lib directory under web-inf, the tlds are there and referenced in the web.xml. 

 

This worked perfectly under 4.1.24.  I might add that I also migrated jdks from  from 1.4.1_02 to 1.4.2_04.

 

What is going on here?

 

Any help would be appreciated.
