As an update to my previous question. I went to the url using IE. I then copy-pasted the xml into a file SomeFile.wsdl. I then created a new web project in WSAD and placed the wsdl in it. I right-clicked the wsdl and selected 'Generate Client'. I got the following error WSWS3099E: Error: Emitter failure. Invalid endpoint address in port SomeNamePort in service SomeNameLocator: https://www.someServer.com/web-services/SomeName Any ideas? -Jason
Hello all, I have the following resources. I have the URL of the WSDL and it is served via https. Notice the 's' on the end. https://www.someServer.com/HereIsMyWSDL.jsp?wsdl I am using WSAD 5.1.1. I have a webapp that needs to securely consume the web services. I have been trying to find good documentation on this but all I find is how to set up the web service using WSAD, not how to consume it. I have tried several times to get this to work but they all require that the web services be published in UDDI. I could really use some help here on the entire client creation process. Thanks, -Jason |
