Does anyone know of a program that will maintain a vote count over time. If you revote your original count would go down and the new one goes up.

The IDE question is a popular one and it would be nice to have a running vote total to measure the swaying opinions from all of us.

How many people participate in the CinJug mailing list? 500? 1000? 5000? A vote spread of this volume would be significant. It would be interesting to watch a new IDE feature cause the bell to sway.

To answer the question. I vote Eclipse for all criteria, since your didn't specify which features you were looking for.

I have been doing some research, on my own, on the various IDE's out there for
Java development.   I am trying to understand which one would best suit me,
based on a couple of factors:

1.  Features
2.  Reliability
3.  Cost

Does any one have any recommendations?

Thanks,

Chuck
