·         Java / J2EE / JSP

·         Struts, Spring WebMVC, Spring WebFlow, Java ServerFaces (JSF)

·         AJAX

·         Application Server experience (JBoss, Weblogic, Websphere, etc.)

·         Web MVC frameworks

·         Large team / large project experience

·         Spring

·         Hibernate / iBatis / other ORM

·         RDBMS (SQLServer, Oracle, MySQL)

·         Solid understanding of OOP concepts
