Job description:
We are currently seeking experienced Sr. Java Developers and Agile Mentors.
Qualified candidates will have successful experience in the following:
** Must be excellent communicator with the ability to mentor others in Test
Driven development
** Must have experience with Continuous Integration setup - this includes the
technical and best practice process aspects
** Must have the ability to break down tasks in a visual manner to achieve a
desired solution
Ideal candidates will be:
** Simple, direct, and honest in dealing with others,
** Responsive, flexible and adaptive to a changing work environment,
** Diplomatic, positive, and constructive,
** Very consultative in nature,
** High velocity,
