We are looking for a creative, self motivated Java Software
Engineer to help us create innovative solutions to our clients’
challenges. The ideal candidate for this job will be able to participate as a
key member of a team of developers supporting and creating enterprise
applications in an Agile development environment. The candidate should be
naturally curious, passionate about solving business problems through high-quality
solutions, and be someone who has demonstrated flexibility in meeting the needs
of a challenging, fast-paced business environment. In addition they should be
comfortable working on existing technology solutions within the group as well
as new applications.

Proven track record in Web Development (2+ years)

as JDO or Hibernate

Demonstrated capability in object-oriented analysis/design (3+ years).

Proven track record in Java Fundamentals (3+ years).
*
Successful experience in J2EE
*
Positive experience with XML and XML related technologies (XSL,XPath,XQuery)
*
Proven SQL skills
*
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Pluses:
*
Familiarity with agile development frameworks such as Groovy and Grails or Ruby
on Rails
*
Familiarity with PeopleSoft and/or Salesforce
*
Demonstrated experience with Linux or Unix operating systems
*
Demonstrated experience developing AJAX
based applications
*
Demonstrated capability in Ant, Continuous Integration Tools, Test-Driven
Development, JUnit, cvs, subversion
