The successful candidate for this permanent opportunity in North Dayton will have 4+ years experience in Java and J2EE and be responsible for analyzing and evaluating existing or proposed systems, and devise computer programs, systems, and related procedures to process information.  The successful candidate will also prepare program specifications, encode, test, debug, and install the operating programs and procedures in coordination with computer applications and user departments.

Qualifications:

Four-year college degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field, or equivalent education or experience. Four years professional experience in programming and analysis, along with strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills necessary. Candidate must be a highly self motivated individual. Desired skills include a strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, XML, SQL, and System Architecture. Experience with various database management systems and Java IDE’s such as Eclipse considered a plus.
