HERE’S WHAT WE NEED…
We
currently have a need in Cincinnati
for an Application Technical Analyst to support our client’s applications.
This client has a web application which
forecasts sales, and calculates customized labor requirements from a series of
factors and standards, culminating in a creating schedule the store can use.
The
position will be responsible for the ongoing optimization of hardware, software
and middleware, coordinating software rollouts and taking part in level 3
support rotation. The position will work closely with the user base and
technical resources from different client departments.
HERE’S WHAT WE’RE AFTER…
Must have
very strong data and systems analysis skills
Must have
strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
Must be able
to work a cross-functional team environment.
Should have a
good working knowledge of Unix, FTP, Korn shell, workload schedulers
Should have a
good knowledge of SQL.
Good grasp
J2EE and SQL knowledge a plus
Experience
working with DB2 or relational database management system (RDBMS) a plus
Bachelor of Science
degree in Computer Science a plus
