clients’ challenges. The ideal candidate for this job will be able to
provide technical leadership to a team of talented developers and possess
experience in leading or working on Agile development projects. The candidate
should be naturally curious, passionate about solving business problems through
high-quality solutions, and be someone who has demonstrated flexibility in
meeting the needs of a challenging, fast-paced business environment. In
addition they should be comfortable working on existing technology solutions
within the group as well as new applications.
Requirements:

Technical Skills:
* Proven track record in Web Development (3+ years)
* Demonstrated capability with Spring Framework, ORM
framework such as JDO or Hibernate
* Demonstrated capability in object-oriented analysis/design
(5+ years).
* Proven track record in Java Fundamentals (5+ years).
* Successful experience in J2EE (2+ years).
* Positive experience with XML and XML related
technologies (XSL,XPath,XQuery)
* Data modeling and proven SQL skills
* Demonstrated capability in Ant, Continuous Integration
Tools, Test-Driven Development, JUnit, cvs, subversion
* Proven ability to estimate, plan, execute and track
software projects to completion
* Expertise with Software Development Lifecycles, Agile
experience a plus
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
* Previous experience working in global teams
Pluses:
* Familiarity with agile development frameworks such as
Groovy and Grails or Ruby on Rails
* Successful experiences with PeopleSoft and/or Salesforce
* Demonstrated experience with Linux or Unix operating
systems
* Demonstrated experience developing AJAX based applications
