We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a large
J2ee environment with a strong background in RUP, Rational Requisite Pro, and
OOD. This role will be gathering requirements from business units using
Use Cases, RUP, UML, Rational Requisite Pro, and MS Project. Candidates
need to have full SDLC experience in a large enterprise. The role will be
conducting gap analysis, cost/benefit analysis, risk analysis, and project
planning.
Requirements:

5+ years experience in analysis and
requirements gathering for large, complex software projects
·
Familiarity with one or more common
project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
·
Experience using Rational Requisite
Pro
·
Experience with root cause analysis
and cost/benefit analysis
·
Knowledge of OOA&D and RUP
·
Knowledge of general aviation
