HERE’S WHAT WE NEED…
A Technical Architect/Technical Lead whose responsibilities include
acting as chief architect for all internal business applications; handling
scheduling, resource allocation and task prioritization for the Business
Application Team; problem solve issues to a satisfactory conclusion; manage
projects to ensure business goals and deadlines are met; research new
technologies and set guidance on technology standards; mentor team members;
maintain technical specification documentation for systems controlled by the
team; track resource allocation and time for all projects and report this back to
director of technology; manages personnel activities of staff.
Requirements:
- Understanding of
multi-tier web based architectures
- 7+ years of Java and
3+ years J2EE architecture experience
- 2+ years of Project
Management experience preferred
