ESSENTIAL
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Ø Support all phases of
web-based application projects. This may include design, estimating,
development, deployment and support.
Ø Create and maintain
Java applications.
Ø Create and maintain
technical system documentation.
Ø Research and respond
to system support inquiries and issues from customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ø Strong Structured
Query Language skills are required.
Ø Experience with
relational databases is required.
Ø Knowledge of Perl and
Visual Basic is preferred.
Ø Knowledge of
web-based J2EE architectures and tools is required.
Ø Experience
programming in HTML and Java is required.
Ø Experience with
Struts, Spring and Hibernate is preferred.
Ø Experience with
implementing SiteMinder is desirable.
Ø Experience with CVS
and JBoss is desirable.
Ø Knowledge of software
development lifecycles and RUP methodology preferred.
Ø Must be proficient at
oral communication and technical writing skills.
Ø Demonstrated problem
solving, organizational and time management skills.
