Application Architect/Cincinnati

The Application Architect is responsible for creating application architecture and design documents in a distributed environment. In this role the consultant will contribute to the technical architecture and will recommend the best technical solutions that are realistic, practical and are in alignment with the client's business strategies and goals.

Candidates must have the following experience:
The Architect must be well versed in Enterprise Architecture, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), J2EE frameworks and design patterns.

Candidates must be skilled in managing creative solutions and have a strong analytical approach to problem solving and solution prioritization. Further they must be self motivated with conflict management and negotiation skills, attention to detail and have a professional approach and demeanor. Candidates must also have good oral and written communication skills and work well both independently and in a team environment.
