Rich Theil - I'm responsible for the IT department at Crossroads Church in Cincinnati Ohio. I'm writing because
we're looking for a web developer that has experience using open source / web 2.0 type

Here's some
background on the church - Crossroads is the largest and fastest growing
inter-denominational church in Cincinnati Ohio with approximately 7000 regular
attenders. Our mission is to connect people wanting to know more about God to a
community of growing Christ-followers. The primary role of the IT organization
within that mission is to create web-based environments that allow people to
experience God by connecting them with ministry opportunities, other people, and
content such as podcasts, videos, and emails.
We are preparing to completely overhaul our existing website (which is very outdated) and to create a web platform that enables relevant, culturally current information to be targeted to our community. Thanks for
