Hello! This recruiter is searching in the Cincinnati area for a Java Technical Team Lead.
Requirements are as follows:
- 10+ years of
development experience.
- 5+ years of Java,
with in depth knowledge of J2EE (JSP, Servlet, JMS, EJB) and Swing.
- Extensive OOAD
knowledge.
- Pluses are: UML;
prior experience with Workflow product.
- Experience with
integration of disparate applications
- Success in a line
management/leadership role.
- Experience
interacting with clients.
- Experience in
technical project management
- Excellent written
and verbal communication skills.
- B.S. in Computer
Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics is preferred.
- A big plus would be
healthcare experience either working in a hospital or with a hospital software
vendor. This is not required.
- We seek only those
in the Greater Cincinnati area. Relocations are not considered.
