Technical Architect Responsibilities
* Work
with our Business Development team in a pre-sales capacity to
transform our client*s business problems into comprehensive
technology solutions.
* Work with our delivery teams to design
and implement technology solutions.
* Generate documentation in
both the pre and post sales process. This includes, but is not
limited to, generating Statements of Work, Client Presentations,
Technical Requirements and Technical Design Documentation.
*
Work with the Project Managers to build work plans and manage
technical teams to those work plans during solution
construction.
* Act as a billable resource on client
engagements performing such duties as requirements gathering,
performing architectural design, developing business cases,
project planning, product installation and configuration and
software development.
* Actively participate in the recruitment
and growth of our technical team members; act as a mentor in their
career development.

Responsibilities
* Work with Technical Architects to perform
detailed design for the technical implementation of client
solutions. This includes generation of technical design
documentation.
* Work with Project Manager to define work
schedules and implementation plans for the technical team on
client projects; then work with the individual members of the
technical team to assign work and manage their performance against
the defined schedule.
* Work as an active member of the
technical team dedicating a significant portion of your time to
actual development of the client solution.
* Actively
participate in the recruitment and growth of our technical team
members; act as a mentor in their career development.
